TIPS WHEN SHIPPING YOUR VEHICLE:

-Make sure that the inside of the vehicle is completely clean when the auto shipping truck shows up for pickup. They cannot carry household goods, so they require a clean interior prior to pickup.

-Make sure that all antennas are lowered or secured on your vehicle; if you have overly large antennas, make sure that they are unscrewed and removed.

-Make sure your vehicle is dirty on the outside. Auto shipping trucks and the vehicles on them are exposed to the elements, so having a layer of dirt on the vehicle will help protect it from small dings and scratches, which can be costly to fix.

-Be honest about your vehicle. If you need to ship a stretch limousine, have the dimensions on hand and let the broker know upfront.
